Plans and designs execution of activities for State Department Potomac Annex. Develops findings, conclusions, and recommendations while reporting on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with CT preparedness program coordination
  • Prepare briefing materials for policy discussions
  • Support interagency and foreign engagements
  • Conduct liaison activities
  • Plan events and coordinate travel
  • Manage CTPP knowledge assets
  • Prepare talking points and background materials
  • Provide surge support for CT initiatives
  • Analyze policy and technical requirements
  • Provide program management and monthly reports
  • Maintain fiscal accountability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus four years general experience
  • Minimum three years federal government experience in counterterrorism
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Data gathering and analytical abilities
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • NSM-2 framework knowledge
  • Crisis management experience

Security Clearance

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
